THE RENDITIONS

 

Social agency is often rendered through both the voice of the participant and the eyes of the practitioner. The works form a body of images detailing the silent but loud moments of artistic process and the interaction between message and medium. Taken from the point of view of the arts practitioner and researcher Sireita Mullings (see Sireita's Renditions). The thematic bodies of work have been created by youth artists who's pieces demonstrate how they negotiate their own positions.
